PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Chromium (III) sulfate is a colorless crystalline solid with strong acidity. It is a water-soluble compound that dissolves in water to form an acidic solution. It is stable in air but easily absorbs moisture. Chromium (III) sulfate has strong oxidizing properties and can react with reducing agents to produce combustion.

PRODUCT USES

Chromium (III) sulfate is mainly used in the electroplating industry as an important electroplating agent for chrome plating, bright nickel plating and copper plating. Chromium (III) sulfate is also used as a raw material for dyes and pigments to make yellow and blue pigments. Other uses include catalysts, fungicides and preparation of other chromium compounds.
