PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Ammonium bicarbonate is a white compound with the chemical formula NH4HCO3. It is granular, plate-like or columnar crystals with an ammonia smell. Ammonium bicarbonate is a carbonate, so it must not be placed with acid, because acid will react with ammonium bicarbonate to produce carbon dioxide, causing the ammonium bicarbonate to deteriorate. However, rural areas also use the property of ammonium bicarbonate to react with acid. Ammonium bicarbonate is placed in a vegetable greenhouse, the greenhouse is sealed, and the ammonium bicarbonate is placed at a high place, and dilute hydrochloric acid is added. At this time, ammonium bicarbonate will react with hydrochloric acid to produce ammonium chloride, water and carbon dioxide. There is an ammonium ion in the chemical formula of ammonium bicarbonate, which is an ammonium salt, and ammonium salts cannot be placed together with alkalis, so ammonium bicarbonate should never be placed together with sodium hydroxide or calcium hydroxide.

PRODUCT USAGE

1. Used as nitrogen fertilizer, suitable for all kinds of soil, can provide ammonium nitrogen and carbon dioxide required for crop growth at the same time, but the nitrogen content is low and easy to clump;

2. Used as analytical reagent, also used for synthesizing ammonium salts and fabric degreasing;

3. Can promote crop growth and photosynthesis, accelerate seedling growth and leaf growth, can be used as topdressing, can also be directly applied as base fertilizer, used as food expander;

4. Used as advanced food fermentation agent. Combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for leavening agents such as bread, biscuits, pancakes, etc., and is also used as a raw material for foaming powdered juice.

5. Used as a buffer; aerator.

6. Ammonium bicarbonate is widely used in plastic and rubber industries, pottery making, chrome tanning and synthetic catalysts.
